Yes, our refined white sugar meets the ICUMSA 45 standard — the highest quality grade for refined sugar. ICUMSA 45 sugar has a maximum color of 45 RBU, polarization of 99.80° minimum, and moisture content below 0.04%. We also offer ICUMSA 150 grade for markets that accept a slightly lower specification.

Yes, we offer comprehensive private label and OEM packaging services. We can produce sugar under your brand with custom bag designs, sizes (1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg), and materials. Our minimum order for private label is typically 1 container (approximately 25-28 MT). We handle design coordination, printing, and packaging in-house.

All documents comply with international trade requirements.

Production time is typically 2-4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on product type and quantity. Shipping time varies by destination: Southeast Asia 5-10 days, Middle East 15-20 days, Africa 20-30 days, Europe 25-35 days. We provide detailed timelines with every quotation.

Yes, product samples are provided free of charge. However, the buyer is responsible for freight/courier costs. Samples typically include 500g-1kg of each requested product, along with a Certificate of Analysis. Sample delivery takes 3-5 business days via international courier. Please submit a sample request through our contact form with your company details.

We offer flexible Incoterms including FOB (Free On Board) Thai port, CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to destination port, and CNF (Cost and Freight) to destination port. FOB Laem Chabang is our most common term. We can also arrange door-to-door delivery for select destinations.

Our facilities are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards. We hold Halal certification for Muslim markets and USDA/EU/JAS Organic certification for our organic sugar line.
